Riviera Maya Dolphin Swim Encounter

Our Riviera Maya dolphin adventures include several interactions with these intelligent marine mammals and a delicious buffet lunch.

This dolphin swim in Riviera Maya is ideal for small children and for anyone who does not swim very well. Some of the Riviera Maya activities with dolphins on the program include: hugs, kisses, hand/fin shake, free time with your marine friend, and some other fun behaviors. The dolphins in Riviera Maya are ready to welcome you with open....fins!

Additional Information / Recommendations:

The use of a life jacket is mandatory during the interactive program and while performing water activities
For safety reasons, women pregnant with more than 5 months can not take part in any interactive program with dolphins
Women pregnant with less than 5 months can participate in the interactive program with dolphins as long as they're accompanied by another paying adult and after signing a liability disclaimer format
Kids must swim with a paying adult as a companion
If you have any health or physical problem please contact us before you make your reservation so we can provide you with advice on the matter

Suggestions:

Wear comfortable clothes as well as sunglasses and a cap or a hat
Bring your swimsuit and an extra set of clothes
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
