Once you have finished swimming or snorkeling at Xcaret Park there is so much more to see, like a huge greenhouse where you will be surrounded by dozens of colorful butterflies flying right before your eyes. One of them many even land on your hand so you can take an amazing photo! Xcaret Park also features a modern aquarium where you’ll find many of the species that inhabit Caribbean coral reefs.

Don’t forget to visit the scenic tower at Xcaret Mexico! You will get a bird’s eye view of all the attractions that are begging to be explored, like the replicas of a Mexican cemetery, a Mayan village, a henequen hacienda, and a pre-Columbian ballgame court. Traditional crafts and artistic performances full of color and music can be seen at Xcaret Riviera Maya throughout the day, making it one of the best and most lively Riviera Maya tours available.

Bring an extra set of clothes
Your sunscreen lotion must be free of chemicals to be used in Xcaret. If your sunscreen lotion contains any of the following ingredients it shall not be used within the park: benzophenone, etilhexil, homosalate, octyl methoxycinnamate, octyl salicylate, octinoxate, oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (sunscreen free of all these chemicals is sold at the park)
Bring some cash and a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
