Full Description

Xel Ha Park All-inclusive tour is one of our most relaxing Cancun

excursions and a must if you are on vacation in Mexico! In addition to snorkeling in Xel Ha, you also have the option of just floating down a river on an inner tube as you gaze at the birds in the trees at this natural preserve.

Next, dry off for some more Cancun activities at Xel Ha Park. Go bike riding or follow an interpretive trail through the jungle. This trail features information on animals and plants that inhabit this nature reserve.

Don't forget that Xel Ha Mexico is an all-inclusive park, so you can always stop at a bar to grab snacks, a soda or your favorite cocktail!

Your pick up schedule will be sent by mail with your confirmation once you have completed the booking process
Transportation from and to the lobby of the hotel is not available for some hotels. For some properties you must meet the group at a previously agreed nearby point
The minimum age for certain activities is 6 *
Kids up to 59 cm tall or under 4 years old enter free*
Children from 1.00 m to 1.40 m pay children fee*
Children taller than 1.40 m but under 12 years old must present a valid ID with photo to verify their age *

Bring a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list

Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, and sunglasses
Wear a cap or a hat and a swimsuit
Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes
Your sunscreen lotion must be free of chemicals to be used in Xel Ha. If your sunscreen lotion contains any of the following ingredients it shall not be used within the park: benzophenone, etilhexil, homosalate, octyl methoxycinnamate, octyl salicylate, octinoxate, oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (sunscreen free of all these chemicals is sold at the park)

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
