The maximum weight of a passenger to take part in this activity is 240 lb, while the minimum is 55 lb

Basic swimming skills are necessary to take part in some of the activities of the tour
This tour is not recommended for travelers with limited mobility, breathing problems, or with a heart condition, pregnant women, with recent surgeries, or people who can not perform moderate physical activities

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour
The minimum age for driving an ATV is 16

Suggestions:

Wear comfortable beachwear, water shoes, and closed-toe shoes
Bring an extra set of clothes, a bathing suit and a towel
Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable
Bring a credit or debit card and some cash since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
